学术成就和学术贡献简述
研究方向聚焦有机合成方法学,涵盖烯炔与小环化学及不对称催化领域。基于理想催化剂IDEAL设计理念,开发出非C2对称性、刚柔并济的新型自适应性手性催化剂Sadphos(赛德福仕)。目前400余种Sadphos已在国内外试剂公司销售,被30多个国家的200余个课题组借鉴使用。项目紧扣国家科技强国战略,与百余家院校科研单位、化工企业开展合作,从源头打破技术壁垒,助力手性医药、农药及材料等领域发展。 凭借手性催化剂与不对称反应等开创性成果,发表论文280余篇,其中70余篇发表于JACS、ACIE等顶刊,撰写英文章节8章,主编及联合主编英文专著2本。同时,获授权发明专利30余项,转让11项。 个人荣获上海市自然科学一等奖、国家杰出青年基金资助,入选科技部中青年创新领军人才、教育部创新团队学术带头人、上海市东方学者(跟踪)、上海市领军人才等计划。兼任中国化学会第三届手性化学专业委员会、第一届磷化学及工艺化学专业委员会委员,《Green Synthesis & Catalysis》副主编,《有机化学》《化学学报》编委。先后主持科技部重点研发项目1项、基金委重点项目1项及973项目子课题等。
化学公益贡献简述
本研究团队深耕化学领域十数年,以学术创新为核心,在学科发展、科学传播、学会建设及国际交流中成效卓著。
在科学传播与形象提升方面,通过“名师名家讲坛"等平台开展学术报告,向师生普及不对称催化前沿知识,分享科研思路与突破历程,激发青年科研热情。主编学术专著《Chiral Phosphorous Based Ligand In Earth-Abundant Transition Metal Catalysi》,担任《Green Synthesis & Catalysis》副主编,《有机化学》和《化学学报》编委,将复杂化学原理系统化呈现,助力化学学科的知识传承与普及。
作为会议主席,牵头举办十余场化学、化工与医药领域全国性及区域性学术会议(含中西部地区场次),如2025化学化工新质生产力高峰论坛、2025药物与合成化学前沿论坛、第一届全国有机化学化工产学研会议等。每场会议均汇聚院士、长江学者、国家杰青等顶尖专家学者,参会人数超200人,成功搭建高效学术研讨与交流平台。
在中国化学会发展中,作为手性化学、磷化学及工艺化学专业委员,积极参与学科规划与学术交流组织,推动学科领域的协同发展。
