乔燕，理学博士，中科院化学所研究员，中国科学院大学岗位教授，博士生导师，获国家杰出青年科学基金等项目的资助。目前以第一作者及通讯作者在Nature，Nat. Chem.，Nat. Sustain.，Nat. Water，Sci. Adv.，Nat. Commun.，J. Am. Chem. Soc.，Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.，Adv. Mater.等期刊发表研究论文60余篇。
科研致力于人工细胞的构筑与应用，聚焦于人工细胞的高级次结构化、功能化和集群化，并将其作为天然细胞的简化模型，用于生物合成、生物医用和生命起源领域。
