有机合成化学与化学生物学
主要业绩
申请人雷晓光教授在有机合成化学领域具有特长,同时也能够开展高水平的化学生物学与创新药物研究工作,其代表性学术成果充分体现了他在化学与生物医学交叉研究领域的优势和创新精神。独立工作以来,他在活性天然产物全合成以及细胞死亡的化学生物学研究领域取得了一系列标志性成果,达到了国际领先水平,得到了国内外合成化学家以及化学生物学家的普遍认同。他已经完成了近80个复杂天然产物分子的高效全合成,其中超过50个全合成是在国际上报道的首次全合成。他还进一步系统地利用多个天然产物分子探针开展深入的化学生物学研究,揭示出一系列调控程序性细胞死亡的新的药物靶点和生物作用机制,为创新型抗炎、抗肿瘤药物、以及抗生素的开发提供了有效的天然产物药物先导。他目前作为通讯作者已经在Cell,Nature Chemistry, Nature Chemical Biology,Chem, PNAS, JACS等高水平学术期刊上发表论文90余篇,获得与创新药物相关的中国、美国、欧盟等发明专利授权10余项,包括有两个创新型候选药物分子实现了科研转化。他已经获得了18项国内外重要学术荣誉,包括:国家杰青,青年拔尖人才,中青年科技创新领军人才等。他曾荣获2017 Tetrahedron Young Investigator Award(四面体青年科学家奖)。这是中国科学家首次在生物有机化学与药物化学领域获得该重要国际学术奖项。
