功能晶体材料

主要业绩

严清峰，清华大学化学系tenure-track长聘副教授，博士生导师。2008年获清华大学骨干人才计划支持，2010年获“教育部霍英东教育基金会青年教师基金”奖励。近年来一直从事人工功能晶体材料的研究，在胶体晶体、弛豫铁电单晶、有机-无机杂化钙钛矿单晶、单质磷（黑磷、红磷、紫磷等）单晶的生长与应用方面取得了系列成果。已发表第一作者和通讯作者SCI收录论文100余篇，SCI总引用超过4000次，h因子35。
