研究领域和兴趣

分析化学 (微流控、药物分析、生命分析、药品质量与安全、中药现代化、质谱、色谱)

主要业绩

梁琼麟教授以微流控芯片及其与质谱、光谱联用分析技术为基础,发展生命分析与药物分析新方法,开发生物医用新材料新器件,发明器官类器官芯片新模型,致力于服务国家药品质量与安全、新药创制以及中药现代化研究与开发。近年来重点聚焦于器官类器官芯片、单细胞亚细胞分析及基于质谱的多组学分析等。曾主持完成国家重大科技专项第一个微流控芯片药物研发关键技术项目,在器官芯片核心关键技术及血管、肝、肾、肠等器官芯片模型研究方面取得重要进展。2017-2022年间,以通讯作者在Nat. Protoc., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Sci., Anal. Chem., Lab. Chip.等重要学术期刊上发表SCI论文100余篇,以第一发明人申请发明专利25余项(授权15项)。工作以来累计发表SCI论文250余篇,授权发明专利30余项,合著专著5部。部分研究成果已在制药企业、临床医院得到广泛应用,曾合作获得国家科技进步二等奖3项。入选2020年度教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、2013年度教育部新世纪优秀人才计划与北京高校青年英才计划。担任中国医药生物技术协会药物分析技术分会秘书长,中国分析测试协会青委会副主任委员,中国中药协会中药产品开发与培育专业委员会副主任委员与北京理化分析测试技术学会副理事长兼青委会理事长等学术兼职。
