2003年7月—至今，在西北农林科技大学从事教学科研工作。

主要业绩

耿会玲，女，中共党员，教授，博导，教务处副处长打造国家、省、校级课程思政示范课及教学团队，建设校级一流课程、全英文课程、优质课程6门。坚持科研反哺教学，主持省重点等教改项目5项，主参编教材8部，发表教改论文17篇，获“国家课程思政教学名师、唐立新教学名师、省校教学成果特等奖和一等奖、省讲课比赛优秀奖、校讲课比赛一等”等荣誉。主要开展天然药物的合成与开发方面的研究，主持国家自然科学基金等项目10项，发表SCI论文40余篇，获“新世纪优秀人才、省青年科技新星、省优秀博士学位论文”等荣誉；指导学生获“国家研究生奖学金、陕西省挑战杯二等奖”等荣誉。
