主要业绩

教育教学成绩斐然：主讲本科生《有机合成》《结构化学》、研究生《高等环境化学》等专业课程，授课思路清晰，逻辑清楚，语言诙谐，利用“启发”和“反思”式教学方式，积极探索移动互联手段辅助课堂教学，持续改进教学内容的前瞻性和趣味性。所授课程教学效果好，受到学生的广泛欢迎；同行评教和督导评教均为优秀；教师课程教学综合评价结果为优秀；2021年度校级教学名师；党员示范教学课活动被“学习强国”媒体报道。获批教育部协同育人项目1项，作为副主编编著《新编大学化学实验》、《环境功能复合材料》省级重点教材2部，作为主编编著《信息传感材料与器件》省级重点教材1部；在《功能材料》、《大学化学》、《教育与教学研究》杂志发表教研论文3篇；指导本科生获化工设计竞赛全国二等奖、江苏省一等奖各1项；指导本科生获国家级大学生创新基金项目2项；获校教学成果奖一等奖。
科学研究富有特色：主持国家自然科学基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目、江苏省“青蓝工程”人才项目、江苏省高校自然科学基金面上项目、江北新区高层次人才项目、配位化学国家重点实验室开放基金项目、雷丁学院国际联合研究院开放项目等，主持企业委托横向项目3项，并参与其它省市级课题2项。目前已在国际SCI期刊发表学术论文120余篇，并被国内外同行引用2000次以上，科研工作的特色与创新之处在于：(1) 开发一系列具有爆炸物检测特性的有机/配合物功能材料，检测限低至20 ng/cm2，取得了出色的识别效果；从材料设计和发光机制的角度，首次提出组合使用分子内旋转受限和振动受限机制来构筑聚集诱导发光材料与器件，提高了材料设计的有效性，减少了盲目性(Sens. Actuators B, 2018, 257, 303–311; J. Mater. Chem. C, 2019, 7, 3765–3771)；(2) 构筑一系列含噻吩丙二腈结构的氢键有机框架材料，深入比较其聚集诱导发光与聚集诱导猝灭特性，从理论与实验多方面探究其摩擦发光增强性质机制(J. Phys. Chem. C, 2018, 122, 29488–29497)；(3) 从荧光传感基本原理出发，探索各种染料实现刺激-响应型探针的研究(Dyes Pigments, 2019, 164, 346–354; Dyes Pigments, 2019, 170, 107638; Dyes Pigments, 2020, 177, 108277)；(4) 在长共轭材料、大环套大环超结构、分子笼等新型结构方面，与吴继善、池春彦教授开展合作，参与产物合成与结构表征，在有机自由基结构与稳定化策略方面做出贡献(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 2018, 57, 9023–9027; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 2018, 57, 16737–16741; J. Am. Chem. Soc., 2019, 141, 62–66; Nature Chem., 2020, 12, 242–248)。同时，在产学研用方面斩头露角，国家发明专利授权12件，转让2件。
