学习/工作经历

1984年9月－1988年6月 兰州大学化学系物理化学专业，获学士学位。
1988年8月－1991年6月 兰州大学化学系物理化学专业，溶液化学热力学方向,获硕士学位。
1991年6月 - 1994年8月 兰州大学化学系讲师。
1994年9月－1997年7月 中国科学院化学研究所，物理化学专业，胶体体系热力学方向, 获博士学位。
1997年9月 - 1998年11月 美国佛罗里达大学博士后。
1998年11月- 2001年3月 美国印第安那-普渡大学博士后。
2001年3月 入选中国科学院引进国外杰出人才“百人计划”。
2002年2月－至今 中国科学院化学研究所胶体界面与热力学重点实验室，研究员二级，博士生导师。
2010年 获得国家杰出青年基金
2014年至今，中国科学院大学岗位教授。

研究领域和兴趣

胶体界面科学

主要业绩

长期从事以溶液中表面活性剂为核心的胶体化学与热力学的交叉研究，以发展表面活性剂的新结构和新功能、提高表面活性剂的功能和效率为目标，系统开展了新型Gemini和寡聚表面活性剂的设计、组装与应用研究，建立了多个系列高效的新型表面活性剂体系，发现了多个影响表面活性剂有序聚集体形成的新的结构决定因素及其在调控界面性质、聚合物和生物大分子结构与聚集行为方面非常有意义的功能。同时，与企业合作，推动新型高效表面活性剂的实际应用。先后担任中国化学会化学热力学专业委员会委员、应用表面与胶体化学教育部重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国科学院胶体界面与热力学重点实验室学术委员会委员、中国科学院分子科学中心学术委员会委员、提高石油采收率国家重点实验室学术委员会委员、国家973项目“化学驱和微生物驱提高石油采收率的基础研究”专家组成员等。先后负责和承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点项目、“973”项目、“863”项目、中国科学院知识创新重大方向性项目、国家自然科学基金委-英国皇家学会、国家自然科学基金委-以色列国家基金委、国家自然科学基金委-瑞典STINT国际合作项目等。目前担任Langmuir的Senior Editor和Current Opinion in Colloid and Interface Science期刊中Surfactant Section的Senior Editor，并担任Soft Matter、Colloid Surface 和Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics等期刊的顾问编委，已发表SCI收录论文200余篇，申请发明专利20余项，4项已实现转让。
