主要业绩

围绕中药来源生物碱类药效物质，发展创新合成策略用于制备系列天然产物和新衍生物，为复杂天然药物的高效创制提供了技术保障，开展生物活性研究，发现了具有显著抗炎、镇痛活性的先导化合物，为天然产物候选新药的研发奠定基础。近年来，以第一或通讯作者身份在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nat. Commun.、Acc. Chem. Res.、Nat. Prod. Rep.等高影响力学术期刊发表论文40余篇；申请发明专利12项，其中已获授权7项；受邀撰写生物碱专著以单卷本形式在爱思唯尔出版社专业丛书《The Alkaloids: Chemistry and Biology》出版；主持国家自然科学基金优青项目、面上项目（3项）、四川省杰青项目等；获教育部自然科学一等奖，入选四川省“天府青城计划”。
