主要业绩

长期从事有机合成化学及功能配位化学研究，主持国家级科研项目2项，新疆维吾尔自治区重点研发任务专项1项，新疆维吾尔自治区自然科学基金面上项目4项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表被SCI收录科研学术论文70余篇。2013年获得新疆维吾尔自治区第十二届自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖，2014获得第四届新疆大学青年教师科研奖，获2016年度自治区优秀博士后特别资助，2020年获得新疆维吾尔自治区化学学会杰出青年科技奖等奖励。同时，将科研成果引入课堂，用科研反哺教学，助力学生成长成才。
