主要业绩

2014年晋升教授。中国化学会、江苏省化学会、江苏省“有机化学”重点实验室、江苏省“无机化学”重点学科以及苏州大学“无机化学”精品课程群成员。完成一项国家自然科学基金青年基金项目和两项国家自然科学基金面上项目。在国内外核心化学期刊如Appl. Catal. B Environ., Chem. Commun., Inorg. Chem., Organometallics，Cryst.Growth Des.，Dalton Trans.等发表正式论文四十余篇。获2009年中国石油和化学工业协会科技进步二等奖、2010年江苏省科学技术奖二等奖、2011年教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学奖二等奖等省部级科研奖励。广泛参与各种学术交流，是多个国内国际学术会议的组织者和分会主持人。
