从事无机化学相关的教学科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金2项,山东省优青1项,山东省优秀青年创新团队1项,山东省自然科学基金2项。以第一/通讯作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Small等重要学术期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,参编学术专著2部。
