研究领域和兴趣

精细化工功能染料,超分子化学,有机光电功能材料

主要业绩

主要研究领域为基于功能染料的有机光电组装材料等。围绕基于精细有机功能染料的亲水性软材料的精确构建、精准表征和精细调控,拓展传统染料新的功能性应用等关键科学问题,开展了系统的应用基础研究:一是对功能染料客体进行精确设计,构建具有特定组装模式和功能的超分子及聚合物软材料体系,对功能染料单元的荧光发光波长进行了有效地调控;二是通过分子组装策略,对功能染料的室温磷光发射效率进行了有效的调控,构建了系列非晶态纯有机室温磷光发射材料体系。近年来已经在 Acc. Chem. Res.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、Natl. Sci. Rev.、Matter、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、CCS Chem.、Chem. Sci.、Adv. Funct. Mater. 等期刊上发表SCI收录论文180余篇,被引用12000余次,H 指数 60,授权发明专利20余项,出版译著两本,英文专著两个章节,合编中文教材一本。近年来已主持完成或正在承担科技部重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金委杰青、科学中心B类项目 (课题)、国际合作重点、优青和面上项目等多项国家级科研项目,
现担任英国染色家学会(The Society of Dyers and Colourist, SDC)颜料和溶剂染料技术委员会(Colour Index Pigment and Solvent Dyes Technical Board)染料索引(Color Index)编委,中国化学会高级会员,青年工作者委员会委员,化学实验室安全工作委员会委员,超分子化学专委会委员,光化学专委会委员,中国化工学会染料专委会副秘书长,精细化工专委会委员,中国感光学会理事。任学术期刊 Dyes Pigm 执行主编,Natl Sci Rev 化学学科编辑工作组委员,Aggregate,Ind Chem Mater, Sci China Chem,Chinese Chem Lett等期刊编委。2021年获基金委杰青项目资助, 2019年当选英国皇家化学会会士(FRSC)。曾获2023年度上海市自然科学一等奖 (1/3),中国化工学会侯德榜化工科技创新奖,石油和化学工业联合会“全国石油和化工优秀科技工作者”,2022年度青山科技奖,2020年石油和化学工业联合会青年科技突出贡献奖,长恭化学化工科学技术进步奖,上海市优秀学术带头人,2019年度上海市自然科学二等奖 (1/3),2019年上海市曙光学者,2018年上海“青年科技英才”等奖励或荣誉。
