主要业绩

本人长期从事疾病关联生物大分子靶向识别与功能调控的分子探针创制工作,开拓了以光活性标签修饰天然生物配体(如糖类与肽类)引导分子自组装,从而构建“控制激活型”生物(大)分子探针的独特化学生物学研究策略,坚持以临床需求为导向,在疾病相关生物分子本征动态属性的细胞原位探测(诊)与功能调控(疗)领域形成了鲜明的交叉学科研究特色。2015年来代表性论文包括1篇Sci. Bull., 3篇J. Am. Chem. Soc., 3篇Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 1篇 Nat. Commun., 1篇Chem, 5篇Chem. Sci.和5篇Chem. Soc. Rev.,所有论文他引2343次(H因子33),ESI高被引论文11篇。获中国化学会青年化学奖、中国化学会化学生物学突出贡献奖(35周岁以下)、Thieme Chemistry Journals Award,担任《科学通报》与《高等学校化学学报》化学生物学专区青年编委。拟聚焦原创性动态荧光探针原位解译疾病演进过程的基础研究与临床应用。
