主要业绩

长期致力于双金属协同催化体系的开发并用于含两个手性中心分子的立体发散性合成研究。迄今,共发表Science、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem.和CCS Chem. 等40余篇。研究论文被中国科学报、Synfacts 、Organic Chemistry Portal 、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Org. Process Res. Dev.和Chin. J. Org. Chem.等亮点介绍;并应邀参与了2本英文专著(章)SOS Reference Library: Dual Catalysis in Organic Synthesis 等的编写工作。先后获得国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、国家自然科学奖二等奖(排名第3)、上海市自然科学奖一等奖(排名第3)、上海市青年五四奖章(个人)、上海市青年科技英才“扬帆计划”、上海交通大学优秀博士学位论文奖、上海交通大学首届学术之星和美国化学会上海分会研究生学术成就奖等荣誉奖励。
