复杂天然产物的全合成、有机合成方法学、药物化学

主要业绩

完成了复杂活性天然产物naphthospironone A、kendomycin、pinnaic acid、halichlorine等的全合成，开发了IBX氧化减碳反应、改良克莱门森还原、Prins诱导的[3+2]四氢呋喃成环反应、使用八羰基二钴的手性炔醇ee测定法等，改进了罗莎司他、派恩加滨、普拉克索二聚体等药物和标准品的合成工艺。
