主要业绩

申请人自2011年开始从事过渡金属催化反应机理的研究工作，经过10年多的持续探索，申请者较系统地掌握了过渡金属催化反应机理研究领域的前沿进展和主要不足之处。申请者作为项目主持人已完成国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，山东省自然科学基金3项，中国博士后基金1项。目前以第一作者或通讯作者在Coordin. Chem. Rev.、Org. Chem. Front.、J. Org. Chem.、Organometallics、Dalton Trans.、ChemCatChem等学术刊物上发表SCI论文70余篇。
