主要业绩

陶氏化学亚太研发中心首席科学家，负责化工产品的分析表征相关技术开发和应用研究。参与筹建陶氏化学亚太研发中心分析科学实验室, 负责色谱分离分析方向学科建设。率先引进了基于微板流控的多维气相色谱技术, 低热容快速气相色谱, 多维液相色谱分离等行业领先技术。组建和发展了陶氏化学亚太研发中心的挥发性有机物（VOC）及气味检测分析能力，参与涂料和汽车行业低气味产品的应用开发。长期从事聚氨酯，聚丙烯酸酯和有机硅等体系的聚合物表征和配方表征，领导分析科学部门近百个技术创新项目。荣获2017年上海科技大学企业优秀指导教师称号, 2019年入选中国化学会青年化学家元素周期表代言人，申请专利9项，发表企业内部论文百余篇，SCI论文20余篇， 2023年当选陶氏化学亚太区首位女性首席科学家。
