主要业绩

大连理工大学及大连化学物理研究所博士生导师，先后入选国家民委领军人才、教育部新世纪优秀人才、辽宁省高校创新人才、大连市高端人才；辽宁省生物物理学会副理事长、中国精细化工专业委员会常务理事。研究方向为基因和药物载体及输送技术、表面活性剂化学及应用。承担科技部863课题、国家自然科学基金、辽宁省高校创新人才、大连市创新基金和大连市重点实验室等课题20余项；承担国际合作项目1项和横向课题7项。共发表论文200余篇，SCI收录80余篇，总被他引3000余次，有高被引论文3篇。获得授权中国发明专利11项、美国发明专利3项，获得辽宁省自然科学奖、技术发明奖、市级奖励10余项。研究成果被Nature, Nature Materials, Chemical Reviews, JACS等权威期刊引用和评述。在国内外学术会议上受邀做报告16次，受邀编写外文专著1部。通过Scifinder和Web of Science等数据库检索，国际知名专家Langer教授等近50个课题组通过参考本项目代表性论文，获得了多个环境响应型基因载体，该类载体现在已经成为基因载体发展的主流之一，为推动基因治疗发挥了重要作用。相关研究成果转让给瑞士罗氏制药公司，并在国内进行了成果转化。
