2001/09-2004/07 四川大学 高分子科学与工程学院,材料学专业,工学博士。导师:傅强 教授。论文题目:新型生物医用聚氨酯的合成、结构与性能研究。在2006年获四川省优秀博士论文,2009年获全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖。
1993/09-1996/07 四川大学 高分子材料系,生物医学工程专业,工学硕士。导师:乐以伦 教授。论文题目:一种医用热塑性聚氨酯的结构与性能。
1987/09-1991/07 渝州大学 化学系(1987/09—1989/07)专转本到四川师范学院化学系,获理学学士,在四年学习中多次获得二等奖学金、四川师范学院“三好”学生和优秀本科毕业生。
工作经历
2004/07-今 四川大学 高分子科学与工程学院 医用高分子材料及人工器官系任教、科研,教授。
2006/08-2007/07 纽布朗斯韦克大学(University of New Brunswick - UNB加拿大)化工系,博士后。研究课题:Canadian Network for the Development and Use of Bioactive Paper-Antimicrobial polymers for pathogen deactivation.
1998/09-2001/09 中科院成都分院地奥集团新药部,科研人员。在地奥制药公司主要从事多肽药物的合成,所领导的小组合成了2000多个短肽,居公司同类小组第一。

生物医用聚氨酯
主要业绩
近年来主持了国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、国家自然科学基金面上项目8项、国家重点研发计划1项等重大项目。谭鸿教授一直从事生物医用高分子材料的研究工作,多年来一直围绕生物医用聚合物材料结构与性能关系的基本科学问题,对生物医用聚氨酯材料的多功能化、高性能化的进行深入研究,取得了系列创新性研究成果,拓展了聚氨酯材料的新应用领域。在高抗凝热塑性聚氨酯材料,多功能水性医用聚氨酯材料、可降解聚氨酯组织工程支架材料、多功能药物载体材料等高性能、高附加值的医疗用高分子材料方面取得了突破性进展。专利技术申请中国国家发明专利20多项,已经授权18项,脑修复方面的国际专利申请进入6个主要经济发达地区和国家,中国、美国和加拿大专利现已授权。在国际著名期刊发表SCI收录论文100多篇。参与完成的科研成果“基于泌尿系组织修复与重建的基础研究及临床创新与运用”2010年获四川省科技进步一等奖。获得的研究成果在国内外同行中有较大的影响,其研究成果多次被学术新闻介绍和报道,研究团队是有国际影响力的医用聚氨酯研究团队。在产业化方面,团队开发出了具有完全自主知识产权的高强低模量热致变软医用聚氨酯材料,生产出的医用聚氨酯避孕套的各项技术指标媲美国际一线品牌,工艺水平全行业领先,且是目前市场中唯一已量产的具有热致变软的聚氨酯避孕套,于2020年7月获得了二类医疗器械注册证和医疗器械生产许可证。在功能聚氨酯吸附材料方面突破了国际技术壁垒,实现技术应用市场转化,实现产值近4.0亿元,研究团队2017年入选安徽省高层次科技人才团队。“系列聚氨酯粘合剂”的技术成果自2016年开始在四川普思瑞新材料有限公司实施转化,项目已累计实现产值8000多万元。获得国家重点研发计划支持进行医用原材料的国产化开发,解决制约我国医疗器械装置和人工器官发展的卡脖子技术难题,为我国的生物医用材料和医疗器械的发展做出了一定贡献。
