有机高分子光电功能材料及器件

主要业绩

长期从事可印刷光伏(有机、钙钛矿)材料及器件相关研究,尤其在可印刷太阳能电池材料合成、新型器件结构探索,大面积光伏印刷技术及功能场景应用器件开发等关键制备工艺及机理研究方面取得了一系列研究成果:(1)突破了商业化柔性ITO电极的技术壁垒,发展了适用于卷对卷溶液印刷技术的新型复合柔性透明电极,获得了世界领先效率的柔性有机/钙钛矿太阳能电池;(2)提出了有机半导体材料从原子尺度调控电池电子态的新方法,解决了活性层和界面层中缺陷态、能级结构难以调控的难题,实现有机/钙钛矿太阳能电池效率和稳定性的提升;(3)发展了客体材料诱导组装的方法,克服了活性层大面积印刷过程中溶剂选择性强的瓶颈问题,采用绿色溶剂实现了大面积可印刷有机光伏组件在效率和稳定性上的突破。迄今,共发表SCI论文100余篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者在Nat. Energy, Nat. Commun., Joule, Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等高水平杂志上发表SCI论文80余篇。其中,ESI热点论文7篇,ESI高被引论文17篇。
先后获得国家杰出青年科学基金、国家优秀青年科学基金、江苏优秀青年基金、仲英青年学者等人才项目资助;获苏州市优秀教育工作者称号、苏州大学周氏教育科研成果奖;目前担任Sci. China Chem.青年编委、江苏省材料学会副秘书长,中国材料研究学会太阳能材料专业委员会专家成员,苏州市化学化工学会理事,Wiley纳米旗舰刊Nano Select副主编;获江苏省科学技术奖二等奖(第一完成人,2022),第十七届挑战杯全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛国赛特等奖(科技发明A类,第一指导教师),江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果一等奖(第一完成人,2021);承担国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等国家和省部级项目10项,横向项目4项。
