学术经历: 2003 年至今，在 Nature Commun., Chem. Sci., ACS Catal., Org. Lett., Org.Chem. Front.,Chem. Commun., Adv. Synth. Catal., Chem. Eur. J., J. Org. Chem.等期刊上以第一作者、通讯联系人发表论文 140 余篇。目前完成国家 自然科学基金面上项目 2 项、国家自然科学基金应急项目 1 项、江苏省教育厅重大项目 1 项、国家自然科学基金 青年基金 1 项、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金 1 项、江苏省有机合成重点实验室开放基金 1 项。
获奖: 2006 年-2007 年度苏州市自然科学论文一等奖;2007 年苏州大学优秀博士论文、2008 年江苏省优秀博士论 文、2009 年全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖;2010 年第六届亚欧金属促进反应会议优秀墙报奖;作为主要完成人 参与的项目“功能性有机分子的合成、性质及应用研究”获得 2010 年中国石油和化学工业协会科技进步二等奖、 2013 年教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)自然科学奖二等奖。2018 年获得 Thieme Chemistry Journals Award ，2020 年入选苏州大学仲英青年学者， 2021 年入选苏州市工业园区科技创新领军人才，2023 年 入选江苏省青蓝工程中青年学术带头人、姑苏创新创业领军人才。
