主要业绩

毛建友,南京工业大学教授,博士生导师,获得江苏省333工程高层次人才(2024)、江苏省优秀青年基金(2021)、江苏省科技副总(2021)、山东省“创新达人”(2022)、南京工业大学拓原工程首届“青年学术英才”(2022)等荣誉。自2016年回国加入南京工业大学以来,一直从事于有机合成新方法开发、药物合成及新农药创制与合成等方面的基础及应用研究工作。
近几年,毛建友教授发展了一种新颖的“双金属碱”MN(SiMe3)2(M = Li,Na)/Cs+,该体系在生物活性分子合成及新农药创制中多次成功应用,充分展现了双金属碱策略在推动药物研发与农药创新方面的优势。此外,还开发了包括醚醛、氟吡菌酰胺、氟吡菌胺、乙氧氟草醚在内的多种重要农药产品及其中间体的合成新工艺,部分成果已实现产业化应用。
毛建友教授的研究工作先后获得国家自然科学基金(2项)、江苏省优秀青年基金及江苏省重点研发计划等项目的支持,相关成果以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表于Nat. Commun. (4篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (5篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.(2篇)及J. Agric. Food. Chem. (4篇)等高水平学术期刊。
