Second round announcement

 

Dear delegate:

 

The 9^th Shanghai International Symposium on Analytical Chemistry will be held on October 31^st-November 2^nd 2018, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, where will hold analytica China 2018 (exhibition).

 

For your better experience joining the symposium, tutorial, workshop, lunch seminar and exhibition, here below is the second round announcement about the specific arrangements for attending the conference.

 

1. Abstract acceptance and symposium communication

a) The communication includes Plenary Lecture, Keynote Lecture, Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation.

b) The symposium program will be available on the conference website.

c) The symposium provides laptop with projector. Except Poster Presenters, please bring a flash with your PPT slides and copy on-site before your presentation.

d) Poster size: 0.9 meters wide ×1.2 meters high, includes your research purpose, description, main data and relevant graph and table.

 

2. Registration fee

Please register on the website.

* The participants abroad will pay the registration fee on site.

 

3. Registration for collecting conference materials

4. Accommodation

Please book and pay hotel by yourself based on your need. Messe Muenchen Shanghai also provides hotel booking.

5. Transportation

There will be transportation shuttle bus between the Shanghai New International Expo Center and some certain hotels (by Messe Muenchen Shanghai). Please show your symposium badge when you get on the shuttle bus.

 

6. Symposium Materials

The registered and paid delegate will collect a handbook (program and abstracts), Banquet dinner and gifts.
