(2) Create an account (or Log In if you already created one).
(3) Follow the instructions and complete your profile.
(4) Select the registration category.
(5) The total amount will be updated, proceed with payment and submit.

Overseas: If you need a receipt/invoice, please email the conference committee at iscrm2026@163.com.
Domestic: By default, the VAT electronic ordinary invoice will be issued three days before the meeting or on the registration day, and the invoice will be sent to your reserved email address.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via conference email to iscrm2026@163.com or iscrm2026@njfu.edu.cn.
